Landon from Bailey’s Electrical, Heating and Air came out today to discuss my latest project – installing a sib panel with an extra two 220 circuits for a mini split and a tanning bed for my wife and he was not only a pleasure to deal with but took the time to go into detail about what was needed and how they were going to accomplish the work. He also discussed some other small projects on the works. He was so nice I wish I could have adopted him. Thank you Bailey’s for having such an awesome team of knowledgeable and caring people. Once again showing why Bailey’s is best for your electric and HVAC needs!!

Isaiah Gray is very experienced, timely, and a real nice guy. If I had experiences like this with all other company services, I would be a happy and lucky guy. Same review for Cole Bortner. Experienced, professional, and a real nice guy. Great experience with both. I guess all of your employees have these characters. Conner and I think Hunter installed my new units. Started at about 9 am finished a little after 3 pm. Again like all my previous reviews, excellent service, professional, knowledgeable, and nice guys.

What began as a maintenance check ended up being a repair. After the appointment was made last week, the air condition quit. Tucker was prompt and began investigating the problem as soon as I finished explaining the issue. He very quickly determined that there was a gas leak and went work and determined the location. I received a quote on the cost and gave approval to perform the job. It was done expeditiously and Tucker completed the job satisfactorily in a couple of hours. I am pleased with the job, well done!

Brody was excellent in checking things out and letting me know the results. He was quick and explained things very nicely. Was very helpful in getting me quotes and letting me know the timeframe for any changes.

I hired the wrong person to install a mini split system in my home and was recommended to call Baileys for an inspection and consultation. Tucker was extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was doing step by step! Tucker found the issues quickly and did not ask the name of the contractor who installed the unit and was totally neutral as I complained about the other company, he never spoke negatively about the competitor. He wasn’t in a hurry and didn’t try to sale me anything and you just don’t see that from most people today. I would definitely recommend!

Connor did a fantastic job installing a mini-split AC/heating unit in our garage. He arrived right on schedule and worked straight through until everything was up and running. Connor had previously installed a new central heat & air system in our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We happily recommend Bailey, and specifically Connor, for any heating & air service.

Brodie was on time very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. Aldi very good at explaining what the headcount system was not working properly. Excellent Service and no cost due to t-stat failing while under warranty.

Called and left a message and they called back and had someone out the same day and the tech had my heat pump back up and running in no time. Tucker was his name and he was so friendly and knowledgeable,he explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Bailey’s Heating,Air & Electrical!

Tucker Brown with Bailey Heating & Air did an outstanding job conducting a thorough review inspection of our homes HVAC system and was able to discover a faulty valve preventing our heat pump from functioning properly. He kept us informed of everything he was doing and was able to clearly explain everything so that we undated why the part failed and what needed to be done to fix it. He comes highly recommending for anyone having HVAC issues. Amazing work!!

Landon, came out to my home and installed an LED light fixture in my laundry rm, a utility light in a 2nd dwelling and 2 beautiful stained glass lights on the exterior of my garage. I love all the xtra light I have now at my home. Thank you soooo much! He is very professional and took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. He took the time to explain why the lights in the dwelling did not work. He explained what a switch is. I had a great experience. Thank you and I will call again when I need help.

Bailey came the day after I called them. Advised me with what thermostat I needed. Came back the next day installed it and I now have heat for a Great fair price I could afford. Seth was kind, patient and extremely helpful with guidance of how to use, set up and program my new thermostat. Truly A God Send from the office staff and Seth to get it all done 2 days after I called. Much less the middle of December when there are so many emergencies at this time. Merry Christmas to all of you and Happy New Year Wishes too to all of you at Bailey Heating & Air God Bless You

Chase was professional and nice. He explained why he recommended a new unit and it all made sense. I had an older unit and the older refrigerant. Connor did the install with Chris. Both were professional and knocked it out quickly. Connor explained a few minor technical things when asked and really knows his stuff.

If you’ve been told your AC needs a major repair or full replacement and you’re not completely sure, getting a second opinion is a smart step.
Our goal is simple: give you a clear, honest evaluation so you can make the right decision for your home.
During your in-home visit, a Bailey comfort advisor will review your current system, inspect its condition, and evaluate the recommendation you’ve already received. We’ll help you understand what’s actually needed, what your options are, and whether repair or replacement makes the most sense.
In some cases, the original recommendation may be correct. In others, there may be more cost-effective options. Either way, we’ll explain everything in straightforward terms and provide a written second opinion so you can move forward with confidence.
There is no pressure and no obligation. Just clear answers so you can make an informed decision.
After you complete the short form above, we will contact you within 1–2 hours during normal business hours to schedule your in-home appointment.

Frequently asked questions about in-home second opinion estimates
An HVAC second opinion is a professional evaluation of your heating or cooling system after you’ve already received a repair or replacement recommendation. It helps confirm whether the recommendation is accurate and whether there are other options to consider.
Yes. Replacing an AC system is a major investment, and getting a second opinion can help ensure the recommendation is necessary and that you understand all available options before moving forward.
During the appointment, your system is inspected, the original diagnosis is reviewed, and your options are explained clearly. You will receive guidance on whether repair or replacement makes the most sense based on your system’s condition.
In some cases, yes. A second opinion may identify a repair option or alternative solution that was not previously considered. In other cases, it can confirm that replacement is the right decision, giving you confidence to move forward.
If possible, have any previous estimates, diagnoses, or notes available. This helps provide context and allows for a more thorough comparison during your appointment.
The goal of a second opinion is not to criticize another company, but to provide an independent evaluation. You will receive a clear explanation of your system’s condition and the options available to you.
No. A second opinion is simply an opportunity to gather information and make a confident decision. There is no obligation to move forward with any service.
You may want a second opinion if you were told your system needs a major repair or replacement, if the cost seems high, or if you are unsure about the recommendation. It’s a practical way to confirm your options before making a decision.
