Chase was professional and nice. He explained why he recommended a new unit and it all made sense. I had an older unit and the older refrigerant. Connor did the install with Chris. Both were professional and knocked it out quickly. Connor explained a few minor technical things when asked and really knows his stuff.

Landon and his crew did a fantastic job installing electrical to my out building. Very clean installation just as we had discussed. Very polite and professional.

Bailey came the day after I called them. Advised me with what thermostat I needed. Came back the next day installed it and I now have heat for a Great fair price I could afford. Seth was kind, patient and extremely helpful with guidance of how to use, set up and program my new thermostat. Truly A God Send from the office staff and Seth to get it all done 2 days after I called. Much less the middle of December when there are so many emergencies at this time. Landon, came out to my home and installed an LED light fixture in my laundry rm, a utility light in a 2nd dwelling and 2 beautiful stained glass lights on the exterior of my garage. I love all the xtra light I have now at my home. Thank you soooo much! He is very professional and took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. He took the time to explain why the lights in the dwelling did not work. He explained what a switch is. I had a great experience. Thank you and I will call again when I need help.

Seth and his coworker did a fantastic job for me and wow they had to work 8 hours outside in the hottest day so far. Explained everything very well cleaned up well. The job overall was execellent

What began as a maintenance check ended up being a repair. After the appointment was made last week, the air condition quit. Tucker was prompt and began investigating the problem as soon as I finished explaining the issue. He very quickly determined that there was a gas leak and went work and determined the location. I received a quote on the cost and gave approval to perform the job. It was done expeditiously and Tucker completed the job satisfactorily in a couple of hours. I am pleased with the job, well done!

Brody and Danny did a great expedient and professional job repairing my air. I really appreciate it. They are an asset to your company. Thanks to all concerned. At this time the air is set to and running at 73 degrees. We need the low humidity and temp. While we are away.

Landon is the best at his job and in the way he treats his customer. When he found out my mother had just passed ( he met her at an earlier appointment) he actually had tears come to his eyes and offered words of comfort to me. Baileys is lucky to have an employee like him.

Isaiah was awesome and spent much time troubleshooting the issue we were having. I feel like Bailey’s appreciates their customers unlike some other companies that treat their customers like a number. Thank you, Bailey’s!
